It's a good idea to be mindful of and connect with your entire being physically and spiritually. Meaning, connect with your mind, body and soul. Our body has 5 physical senses: smell, touch, taste, sight and hearing. The mind has a 6th sense: vision or thought. These 6 senses along with the spirit: energy, make up 7 senses called chakras. These 7 chakras are what I like to believe are what we call the soul. Our all around wellness can be managed by balancing these chakras.
