Life is like a day at the beach…🏖

Are you feeling good?

Are you feeling down?

Or are you just feel drained?


The ways you feel are like the waves 🌊 of the ocean. you can ride the wave or let it go over you but the wave will always pass and another one will come after. If you’re tired take a break. 😴 Lay out in the sun and rest. Get a nice tan while your at it. When you’re ready the ocean will still be there.


WHO goes to the beach not to enjoy themselves? 🤷🏽‍♀️


This is how you should look at your life. Every morning you wake up to a new day to be grateful and enjoy your life. 💁🏽‍♀️


Some of us know how to swim. Some of us know how to surf. Some of us “can’t swim”, but anyone can float on water naturally if they just stay calm and relax. 💆🏽‍♀️


When you step into the water, you know how far you can go before your feet can’t touch the surface. You know to hold your breath when you go under the water. You have the ability to float naturally but believing you don’t know how to swim all this knowledge goes out the window as soon as you see the water. Instantly you panic 😱 and forget you were born in water. You have made yourself afraid of doing what you were born to do naturally because you are so focused on how far and deep the water is in front of you or a bad 🤕❤️‍🩹experience you had in the water before or 🦈 what’s in the water that can possibly hurt you.


In every situation you face new or familiar the best advantage you can have is the ability to stay calm because when you are calm your brain’s cognitive functions, including decision-making and the coping strategies people use to regulate emotions work best. Therefore you have the best chance of survival or success when you are calm and level headed. 🧐


There are some ppl who like to lay out in the sun and watch everyone else swim and they may build sand castles and drink with the other beach goers. They might even take some lessons on swimming or diving but at some point you got to get in the water or leave the beach because you can’t just sit out in the sun forever…side message some of us can stay out in the sun longer and get a sun tan where some will get sun burnt. 🌞


Then there are those who can swim and professional swimmers. 🏊🏽‍♀️The professional swimmers are experienced. They come to the beach prepared with their scuba gear all ready to dive in, while the other swimmers just ride the waves and enjoy the swim. But, at some point you got to get out the water rest eat regenerate.🍽 🥛🪑


Then you have the surfers. 🏄🏽‍♀️They are expert swimmers who are risk takers. In the water, they have face many challenges. They have crashed out multiple times and may have even faced storms🌪or attacks but they know their limits and take their recovery time. Most continue to put themselves out there in the water just to catch the next big wave because they enjoy living life to the fullest on the edge of every wave.


There is nothing wrong with any average new or experienced beach goer everyone loves the beach but we all enjoy it in our own way. So no matter what type of beach goer you are enjoy your days at the beach.


⏰ Everyday you are given 24 hours and in those 24 hrs you should have a balance of

-Work 💼🎓

-Rest🛏

-Fun 🏄🏽‍♀️ 📺

-Refocus 🧘🏽‍♀️


Everyday you will grow learn and suffer from something that’s life. The waves are coming in high and low so what you going to do sink? Swim? Float or lay out in the sun?


No matter what, know everything is temporary and too much of anything is a bad thing…So learn to stay calm and do everything in moderation and enjoy your life! 😆✌🏽💖
